Description This chapter deals with the single fundamental elements of the legal norms. The theoretical views show “the hypothesis”, “the instruction” which is an obligatory part of the structure of legal norms and “the sanction”. The main aim is to know the sense and the significance of the legal norms in the legal practice. The problems of leges imperfectae are not omitted. There are various types of “the hypotheses”, “the instructions” and “the sanctions” analyzed, especially for the purposes of the right interpretation of legal norms. The most important division of the various basic units of the legal norms are as follows: according to the level of generality, according to the character of explanation, its completeness or incompleteness and the way of defining of “the instruction”.
