| Description | This part points out the fundamental division of the legal norms, which is the division to the norms with classical and non-classical structure. The norms with classical structure are analysed from the point of view of the legal force, logical structure, the way of definition, level of liability and the use of legislative technique. The teleological and the technical norms are also distinguished. The various types of the legal norms are demonstrated on the appropriate provisions of the Civil Code. |
