Description	The chapter 16 describes comprehensively all the sources of law in the legal system of the Czech Republic; that is the legal normative acts, normative contracts, decisions of the Constitutional Court, legal principles, sources of the European law and judicial law. The sources of law are systematically sorted according to the absolute and relative understanding of the legal power. This part shows some specifics and uncertainties connected with single sources and its hierarchy.
