| Description | This part deals with the legal relations as the most frequent form of private-law realization of law. Two characters of legal relations are observed here. The obligatory assumptions include the legal norm and legal facts that can act alone or together with others. The elements of the legal relations are analysed too, among the most important it is possible to name individuals and legal entities, objects and content. |
