| Description | The paper is devoted to the education of children who are asylum seekers, living in refugee camps of the Ministry of Interior or children who are already recognized refugees. We want to introduce a specific target group in the current system of the immigration and educational policy in the Czech Republic. The issues is observed through the eyes of teachers and parents of these children. The study provides analysis of the semi-structured qualitative interviews. We tried to analyse the educational strategies, methods and forms that are used by teachers in the classroom, as follows the educational barriers and problems of refugee pupils and finally the specific educational needs of this target group. The parents perspective completes the issue to its plasticity due to a different viewing angle. |
