| Description | The conference focuses on the rights of the child versus the rights of his or her parents pursued within their parental responsibility versus a rights of the third party. Attention is focused on the new Civil Code, the amendment of the act on social and legal protection of children, the new act on special judicial proceedings and also international conventions and regulations. The event will attended by many post-graduate students and a number of practitioners, especially from the intervention center Spondea, counseling center Triada etc. |
