Description The issue of education of gifted students is very extensive. Developmental disproportions belong to very important ones, because can significantly affect educational process of gifted children. Innovation of instruction aimed at education of gifted students will not be successful if teachers will not know these specifics and how to respond to them. We present an overview of possible developmental disproportions of gifted students. We show the possible affect at education for each disproportion and how teachers should respond to eliminate as much negative impact on development of the gifted child with this developmental disproportion.
