| Description | The work concerning crisis of the Roman Empire in the 3rd century AD; it focuses on the successful and unsuccessful reforms of the emperors of the so called Dominate. It describes the society of the late Antiquity and its changes, as so as the changes in the religion of the empire. In detail addresses the relations between the Roman Empire and various barbarian tribes. Also the supposed causes of the survival of the Roman East are discussed. |
