Description The capillary electrophoresis fontal analysis (CE-FA) was used to study the affinities between diclofenac and tryptophan, and human serum albumin (HSA). Apparent log Kb = (4.4 ± 0.01) L/mol for diclofenac–HSA and log Kb = (3.95 ± 0.004) L/mol for tryptophan–HSA have a good repeatability. The displacement experiment shows the displacement of tryptophan from binding site using diclofenac.
