| Description | Capillary electrophoresis coupled with mass spectrometry was utilized for monitoring of enzymatic reaction, which was taken inside the capillary. Mixing of reaction components was based on general principle of diffusion. Method was used for kinetic constants measurement for system consisted of microsomes and model substrate diclofenac. |
