Citation
Description The ongoing financial crisis, which at the level of the global economic market left the most profound mark at the European continent, has raised doubts about the efficiency of the existing arrangement of the European Union and emphasized Germany's leading role in that organization. It is precisely Garmany that, in cooperation with France, dictates the capacity and the mannr of foreign financial instruments' functioning, such as EFSF, what role the European Central Bank should také in the whole proces, or, bradly speaking, the manner in which the EU should further function in terms of fiscal harmonization and economic stability.
