| Description | This publication aims to promote the idea of age management by presentation of complex discussion illustrating the reasons for applying age management. Two problems (until recently separated), individual aging and the aging population, began to be solved in mutual relations. The authors offer a partial answer to the problem of aging with analysis of demographic development, interpretation of individual aging, critical interpretation of Work Ability Index and assessment of the role of education in work ability. In conclusion, the authors also formulate recommendations for stakeholders based on documents, their own expertise and research available. |
