| Description | This chapter deals with the semanthics of the Asovi solunskog neba comic story, published in 1966. After few words about the position of comic art in the former Yugoslavia we focus on semiotic analysis which deals with the particular elements of this work. We interpret them while keeping on mind the facts of the World war I, but the ideological and educational purposes of this comic book too. We notice the strong elements of the work’s fictional world such as the characters or the environment in which the story was held. In the backgrounds of the story we search, unmask and examine the ideology hidden in the comic story with its possible purpose and mission. |
