Description The article is dealing with the realization of Pure Form in dramatic work of Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz. The Pure Form is an aesthetic theory, which is based on the principle of the unity of all elements of drama. The narrative component is suppressed and the probability of action is distorted. The article describes the characteristics of the theatre characters in Witkiewicz's dramatic work with reference to the Theory of Pure Form.
