| Description | This monograph is dedicated to two quite traditional phenomena of the Central European Administrative Law (in his procedural sense). It is an administrative decision and connecting nullity. Both are sketched in their mutual relations. Nullity is particularly affected by an administrative decision. Monograph focuses on these issues mainly in Central European context of Administrative Law, using the method of comparison. Comparative remarks are addressed mainly to domestic legislation, doctrine and case law to the examined issues |
