Description In the services of the Olomouc Bishops Josef Stern created his probably most important works. In 1759 and 1760 he painted frescoes in the library halls in the Bishops chateau in Kroměříž, commissioned by Leopold von Egkh. In 1766 wall painting in the chateau chapel was created for Egkhs successor, Maxmilian von Hamilton.
