| Description | The contribution has two main goals. At first to show how the national houses (Czech, German and Polish) in the turn of the century in growing industrial town of Moravská Ostrava influenced the city (urban) planning. At second to show the character of the places where national houses arose, which means what people lived there, what kind of shops and services was available there and what was the appearance of the streets. |
