Description Three episodes of television series about cognitive science of religion. The study of religion underwent a dynamic change in the last decades. Instead of historical and theoretical inquiries a scientific research attempting at answering wholly new questions about human religiosity is coming to the fore. Using the knowledge from psychology, medicine, neurosciences, and social scientific research, researchers try to answer questions such as: Why there is religious behaviour in humans at all? What happens with humans in religious rituals? One of the world's top laboratories attempting at answering such questions is LEVYNA - the Laboratory for the Experimental Research of Religion. This film presents phenomena in religious behaviour in humans as its natural part. It enables to better understand how religion influences human cognition and behaviour and how it affects human social life.
