Description The paper offer an insight on the younger branch of the noble family of Auersperg, settled the domain of Nasavrky in eastern Bohemia. First will be introduced the members of the younger branch of the princely family of Auersperg, who were less-known than their relatives from the older branch. The main points of the submission will be to introduce the aristocracy from the point of view of its administration of the large estate. Specifically, I will talk about the administration at the turn of 19th and 20th century on the example of administration of forests and its employees. The main question will be how was the administration managed? Who were the people employed under prince Auersperg? What kind of problems did they have to solve? What was prince Auersperg like as an employer?
