| Description | This chapter deals with new EU directive, which is one of the manifestations of preventive EU's efforts to avoiding future economic crises. Creation of Banking Union is a very ambitious EU project, which has already started and aims clearly to support the single market within the EU. But there is no single market without stable institutions operating on it and just for these institutions, if they find themselves in economic difficulties, was set up second pillar of Banking Union - Single Resolution Mechanism, whose fundamental rule is just BRRD directive |
