Description | The conference paper presents some results of a pilot study (N = 34)based on the available sample of trainee teachers (up to three years in practice). Data were collected through an online system SED (Konečný, Mareš, Ježek, 2010). The aim of the pilot study was to test and verify the functionality questionnaires prepared in the project GA15-12956S. Preliminary results are interpreted in the context of the model of professional socialization (Fessler, Ingram 2003 mod. Lukas, 2008), well-being of the teachers (Saaren et al., 2006). Possible context are discussed as well as the context of the theory of emerging adulthood. |
