| Description | The study deals with short film production in Czecoslovakia between 1945 and 1959, which is focused on topic of national history and art. Content of the work is the analysis of the selected sample of period films with the main task to rediscover to what extent the production of a short film in fifties reflected aspects of the contemporary concept of culture, history and art and how personnel and structural changes in the cultural policy during that period affected it. |
