| Description | The article deals with the topic of the relations between politics, law, religion and finances of the Moravian nobility at the beginning of 17th century, especially in the social circles of the nobility of the Bohemian Lands and the Habsbourg Monarchy. The Confiscations of the property of the noble families in the central European lands was a possibility to implement the reconstruction of the social structure in the process of contre-reformation and to raise funds to the treasury. |
