| Description | The aim of the poster is to present a dissertation research project, which is focused on the topic of balancing parenthood and scientific career during doctoral studies. It is the period of doctoral studies that confronts many women with the question of how to balance their starting career with the motherhood. Research focused on women in science, among others, point out the fact that work-life balance in the context of scientific and academic career represents, especially for women, the barrier to continue in their scientific and academic career and consequently leads to them leaving the academic line. For the dissertation research has been chosen qualitative research. The poster will show the first results from the conducted interviews, which will be interpreted in the context of the intended dissertation topic. |
