Description The paper briefly summarizes the results of research and plasma chemical modification monolayer coatings (NH) from Colorlak. A total of 75 pieces of steel samples of size 10x15 cm with 5 types NH (3x "synthetic" 2x PUR) have been modified with an argon discharge of plasma jets with various dopants (pure Ar, Ar + N2, Ar + O2). On the reference samples and the samples was modified layer diagnostics NH using nanoindentation techniques, IR spectroscopy (ATR) and confocal microscopy.
