Description How can Norwegian and Czech Education have a common interest in working with reflective processes? A research group at the Ostfold University College has worked with reflective processes in collaboration with teachers in kindergartens and schools. The purpose was to help to put teachers in a better position while they meet everyday challenges in the school environment. Through guidance of reflecting team they worked with educational planning activities and teaching. The purpose of such guidance is to develop ideas around the concept of empowerment that can help increase awareness, thinking and reflection (Lassen 2014). In developing this project we have presented different perspectives of reflecting processes at international venues. In this context, the theme has been interested for the Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic, where the academic staff is familiar with guidance reflecting team. We have now started a cooperation through the project aimed at pointing out the strengths and weaknesses programs and propose how guidance reflecting team can change the situation. We want to document the research results from the past year's projects. In addition to mutual visits we exchange views and experiences which are useful for both parties. Teacher educators at Masaryk University see that this is an important perspective of a reflective education.
