| Description | The author of the present critical outline of Slovak publications devoted to Štúr’s anniversary of 2015 evaluates both the only edition (Das Slawenthum und die Welt der Zukunft based on the second Russian translationn) and the only scholarly work whose author is a Hungarian researcher as well as the the volume of Slovak authors conceived in essayistic style inspired by Štúr’s heritage of literature and thought. He comes to the conclusion that the jubilee year did not bring any new, valuable works, rather variations on the given subject, perhaps except a book by a Hungarian author and that of Dana Podracká, or some texts from the volume called Studies and Essays. |
