Description | A novel method of constructing the Boltzmann plot by fitting a pectral simulation to measured spectra is presented. The simulation s not bound by a temperature and population of each upper state is itted independently. In this contribution, spectra from surface barrier discharge generated from liquid electrodes are evaluated. |
