Description The representatives of the Austrian School of Economics were often not "mere" economists, but they often overlapped economics, philosophy, etics, law and other fields of social sciences. It was their multidisciplinary look at human action and social relationship that may be beneficial for a complex understanding of the fundamental essence of regulation. The author explains the theoretical grounds of the "Austrian" approach and also shows the deeper theoretical-philosofic aspects of historical developments of this school of thougt (including their predecetors). Showing certain examples, the author applies the appraoch of a certain representatives of the Austrian school to some legal institutes. In the final part, the author shows certain parallel between some of the "Austrian" ideas and the beliefs of some representatives of the classic Taoism.
