Description | The aim of this study was to describe work career. We paid attention on its subjective side (job satisfaction) and objective side (career stability) in middle adulthood. The work career was researched in a context of sense of coherence and personality traits according to Big Five model. We also focused to the relationship between career stability and job satisfaction. |
