| Description | This work deals with the development of the legal institute of state citizenship on the territory of the Czech lands from its establishment (1811) up to the present day (2016), wíth an emphasis on the development of its material sources and variable material background in connection with the on 0ing social and political changes and long-term social development, natu;'lly with the reflection of all such changes in positive law. Therefore the work also includes a comprehensive and dearly arranged description of the development of state citizenship in the territory of the Czech lands in the defined period. The work points out all the breakthrough changes, revisions of the concepts af the institute or introduction af new instrmnents. |
