| Description | The workshop is dedicated to the training of career counsellors in virtual world environment: this means, where audio, video and text run in both directions and where videos and texts are available in a condensed form. Our goal is to introduce to the candidates the interactive e-learning portal (http://guidemyway.eu/), by which it is possible to educate counsellors and provide virtual counselling. Gradually, various functions of the e-learning tool Vitero will be demonstrated, the pros, cons and limits of the use of this tool for the purpose of training of career guidance counsellors in comparison with the classical face-to-face education and now the traditional instruments of e-learning education. |
