| Description | In the lecture we presented selected results of the Czech part of the international project Hope Barometer, which aimed to reveal the meaning, content and sources of hope among sample of the Czech population, and to explore the relationships between hope, mental health and life satisfaction. The obtained results were compared to results of other involved countries. In conclusion, practical recommendations for maintaining a positive attitude and hope were suggested. |
