| Description | In the lecture we introduced the key concepts of successful, healthy aging. The results of own research studies revealing correlates and predictors of higher life satisfaction and happiness in old age were also presented. Finally, specific recommendations and suggestions for maintaining and increasing mental and physical well-being in old age were suggested. |
