Description | Glass Beads from the Southern and North-eastern Suburbs of Pohansko Stronghold were subjected to chemical Analysis of glass Raw-Material. For the Analysis was used a Scanning Electron Microscope JEOL 6490LV equipped with EDX Microanalyzer (Oxford Instruments). With regard to the historical value of the glass material were the samples processed exclusively by non-destructive methods, so no treatment of their surface has been done before the analytical evaluation. Chemical Composition of Glass Beads from both Suburbs were assessed based on a Comparison of Oxides of Silicon, Magnesium, Aluminum, Calcium and Sodium in Glass Matrix (correlation K2O – MgO, CaO – Al2O3, CaO – K2O, Na2O-K2O). |
