Description | Poster should present new information about Ninevite 5 settlement in the Middle Khabur Region – more precisely in the Western steppe and the surrounding of Jebel Abd al-Aziz Mountain as well as in the Upper Khabur Region. In 1980s and 1990s Yale University under the direction of Prof. Frank Hole was conducted surface surface in this area as a part of Khabur Basin Project. The main goal of this presentation is to provide new data about possibility of the new settlements in the period that was so crucial for the history of Northern Mesopotamia – Ninevite 5 period. |
