Description *Proven technology relates to a set of technologies for applying coatings to products with plasma surface pre-treatment. Know-how includes shortlisted project developed technology for two types of materials: metal (aluminum and steel) and plastic (PP, ABS, PBT / ASA, PA, PC, PC / ABS). Each of the selected technology meets the requirements of know-how and commercialisable. It also contains a detailed process of plasma surface preparation and evaluation of adhesion of paints (NH) to the ground (pull-off test grid method), and other parameters characterizing the effect of plasma (surface free energy of metals - surface cleanliness / remove grease etc.). It also includes a comparative research on the influence of different ways Pretreatment (plasma ionization, Flaming, classical degreasing agents) for various materials before applying several species of NH. Its a manufacturing process.
