Description The question about measure and form of discourse, in which man constantly exist, is a question formulated and even in some level answered by Michel Foucault. It was he, who tried to interpret historical and existentially-structural conditions for creation of a discourse in both, archeological and genealogical works. Our leading question is: What allows in human character creation of a discourse? Structures, formulated by Foucault, have to by founded in something much deeper, which allows the whole existentiality of existence. In our paper, we will try to answer this leading question. For this, we are going to use some of Maurice-Merleau Pontys thoughts, compared with Czech philosophers, such as Hejdánek and Kosík.
