Description | The presented work aims at system optimization combining reversed phase liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) with on-line and off-line mass spectrometry detection for lipids determination. On-line detection was facilitated by atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry (APCI MS) and off-line detection by surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (SALDI MS) using suspension of silver nanoparticles as matrix. |
