Description The presented contribution deals with Diffuse Coplanar Surface Barrier Discharge (DCSBD) generated in ambient air and in pure water vapour at temperature more than 100°C at atmospheric pressure. The generation of OH radicals was investigated by spatially resolved laser induced fluorescence spectroscopy and the absolute density was estimated to increase approximately 10 times in the pure water vapour plasma.
