| Description | In the Late La Tene period the painted pottery is an important phenomenon, not only in terms of aesthetics. Since visual validation to distinguish workmanship in this type of pottery is not possible, I have tried to apply the X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) for this purpose. An essential requirement of the XTR test was to find out whether it is possible to recognise difference or, on the contrary, homogeneity between the painted pottery from the sites in Dětkovice, Ohrozim and Staré Hradisko by observing differences in elements that can be detected by this analysis. |
