| Description | An invited lecture given in Munich, at the meeting of German university lectors of Czech (7. Bohemisten Treffen), presented corpora of private correspondence created at the Department of Czech Language, Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University, methodology of their processing and possibilities of their use in classes. The lecture also dealt with some results of hitherto linguistic research of correspondence, among other things in the spheres of analysis of marked layers of Czech vocabulary and of its developmental dynamism, of describing territorial and social stratification of present-day Czech, of observing pragmatic aspects of communication and developmental tendencies relating to the genre of letters and to epistolary style. |
