Description Lexis is represented in textbooks as one of many aspects of language acquisition, which might be why it does not receive the attention it would deserve. In this session we will exploit SkeLL (a corpus-based platform for learners) to provide the students with lexically rich language. The session is structured as a practical demonstration followed by a simple tutorial on how to use SkeLL to augment textbooks materials.
