| Description | This chapter examines Czechoslovak-Yugoslav relations between the wars in the town of Přerov, with a specific focus on the Přerov division of the Czechoslovak-Yugoslav League, which 322 played a vital role in the development of unofficial relations during this period. The author uses chronicles from the Přerov division to chart the society’s activities in this town. Although the Přerov division could not boast of as wide a membership base as those divisions in larger Moravian cities such as Brno and Olomouc, it still played an important role in the town’s cultural life, which was partly due to its work with the other numerous bodies and societies in Přerov. The paper shows how Czechoslovak-Yugoslav relations were fostered in Přerov between the wars and who the division cooperated with. |
