Description The article presents an evaluation of newly catalogued assemblages of hollow and window glass from archaeological excavations conducted by the National Heritage Institute at the Masařská 6, Mnišská – Mezi Trhy and Pekařská – Kolářská sites in Opava. Only selected, primarily impressive, glass finds have been published thus far from these excavations. The find units are dated on the basis of pottery or dendrochronology to the period from the first half of the 14th century to the turn of the 16th century. All of the assemblages contain imported and domestic products, especially Bohemian-type beakers with various decoration. The largest glass assemblage comes from feature 5 at Masařská 6, which will be the focus of special attention given its unique character.
