| Description | The exhibition was prepared in connection with 2000. death anniversary of one of the most remarkable ancient poets, Publius Ovidius Naso. On selected pasages we introduce not only Metamorphoses but overview of all Ovid´s poetry. The exhibition also shows ancient sources of Ovid´s visual inspiration and later reflection of his poetry in visual art of Bohemian Renaissance and Baroque. |
