| Description | Since the spring of 2004, FI MU has been recording lectures in the D1, D2, and D3 lecture halls. Due to the lack of informa on about the structure and the content of these recordings, it is difficult to (a) retrieve recordings relevant to the user's informa on need, (b) find relevant por ons in the retrieved recordings, and (c) transform the informa on contained in the recordings to a form accessible to visually impaired users. The goal of this project is to develop algorithms that will align lecture recordings taken in the D1, D2, and D3 lecture halls with PDF documents containing presenta on slides; this alignment will be based on visual correspondence. |
