| Description | The article discusses the inscription on the German House - "Our City of Honor", which Jan Galeta chose as the title of his study. The example of the edition "Christmas Gifts of the Verein Deutsches Haus" shows that the program was not as balanced as it would be conducive to the peaceful coexistence of Tscehchen, Jews and Germans in Brno. The quote in the title is from Karl Hans Strobl's novel "Dangerous Rays", in which the German House plays a central role. |
