| Description | The article deals with the rules and regulations of the ius montium of Brno vineyard tracts mostly dating back to the early modern period and of former separate municipalities which later joined Brno. The article tries to summarize and complete the information on preserved Brno vineyard statutes and to offer some explanations of how Brno vineyard statutes came into existence. The example of the vineyard statuses of the township of Líšeň allows us to better imagine the form of the ius montium. |
