| Description | This conference contribution responds to the so far reflected topic of participation of women into trade union in the first third of ther 20th century. These christian trade unions were characterized by a mixed gender membership base, which calls for gender analysis of the realtionship between men and women within the organisation from 1902 to 1938. |
